Pre & Postnatal Classes

A number of pre & postnatal classes are available here at Beau Sejour for expectant mothers and new parents.

Classes on offer include Pelvic Floor & Core, Baby Bootcamp, Stretch & Relax, Parent & Baby + Half-hour Personal Training

Prenatal Classes

 

Pelvic Floor & Core
Mondays | 10.30am - 11.00am | £4 per session
Improve your core and pelvic floor health with a low impact class which is designed to improve your posture, stability and strenath. Suitable for pre-natal women.

Stretch & Relax
Wednesdays | 12.30pm - 1.15pm | £6 per session
Gentle exercises and stretches to ease the body, focusing on breathing and relaxation to release tension and help prepare the body and mind for birth and beyond.

Half-hour Personal Training | £16.50 per session
Our Personal Trainers are highly trained and qualified in pre and post-natal exercise and are able to provide all the expert guidance and the support you need. Training will be safe and adaptive to individuals in each stage of their pre/postnatal journey with 30 minute slots available 7 days a week.

Postnatal Classes

 

Pelvic Floor & Core
Mondays | 11.00am - 11.30am | £4 per session
Activate, repair and strengthen your core and pelvic floor with a low impact class which is designed to improve your posture, stability & strength. Suitable for 6 weeks postnatal and beyond.

Stretch & Relax
Wednesdays | 12.30pm - 1.15pm | £6 per session
Gentle exercises and stretches to ease the body, focusing on breathing and relaxation to release tension and help prepare the body and mind for birth and beyond.

Baby Bootcamp
Thursdays | 10.30am - 11.15am | £6 per session
Designed to be a fun fitness class using varied body weight exercises and keeping your baby alongside you in it's pram. Safe and adaptable for all postnatal stages.

Parent & Baby
Fridays | 11.45am - 12.45pm £6 per session
An opportunity to use our private gym facilities in the HLC while your baby stays by your side with qualified instructors on hand for any support and quidance.

Half-hour Personal Training | £16.50 per session

1. Fill out an application form online or from reception
2. Email completed form to PrePostnatal@gov.gg or visit our reception
3. We will then contact you to discuss your exercise pathway
4. You are then ready to start your pre/postnatal journey with us
