We offer more than 60 fitness classes every week.

From Body Balance and Zumba, to spinning in our newly refurbished studio, we have classes for everyone.

Low-intensity weekly classes

Body Balance (60 mins)

A yoga-based class to help calm your mind, as well as strengthen your body.

Low-Impact Aerobics (60 mins)

A gentle but effective aerobics class with a warm-up and cool down, to improve your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility.

Pilates (45 mins and 60 mins)

A mat-based class with an emphasis on core strength to support and stabilise the body.

Stretch and Flex (45 mins)

Improve your flexibility, strength and body awareness.

Zumba (45 mins)

Aerobic fitness programme, with movements inspired by Latin American dance.


Medium-intensity weekly classes

Aerobics (60 mins)

A choreographed routine, designed to improve your strength and endurance.

Bar Blast (45 mins)

Total body workout using weighted bars and hand weights, with a mix of cardio, strength and core exercises.

Body Blast (45 mins)

A high intensity all-body workout, combining high energy exercises, aerobics and toning.

Body Conditioning (60 mins)

An all-body workout, combining high energy exercises, aerobics and toning.

Body Pump (60 mins or 45 mins)

A full-body workout with weights designed to condition the muscles and burn fat.

Boxercise (60 mins)

A combination of boxing on pads, boxing circuits, cardio, and circuit training.

Spinning (60 mins or 45 mins)

High intensity workout on studio bikes, set to music.

Step Blast (45 mins)

Intense whole-body workout on an adjustable platform in a condensed class.

Sweat Blast (45 mins)

A full body, high-energy workout, mixing cardio with strength and core exercises.

Women's Strength (60 mins)

Women-only class to improve full body strength and tone, with a focus on lifting techniques.

Core Blast (30 mins)

A mix of bodyweight exercises and functional moves (utilising hand weights and bands) to strengthen your core.

Strength and Core (45 mins)

Using a variety of equipment from Swiss balls to resistance bands, this class works to improve your functional strength and build a stronger core.


High-intensity weekly classes

Body Attack (60 mins or 45 mins)

High-energy interval training combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation.

Monday/Thursday Metabolics (45 mins)

Challenge your strength and fitness with high intensity training routines.

HIIT Spin (30 mins)

A time-effective spinning class designed to help you push your limits with high-intensity intervals.
